A mysterious rabbit-like character is introduced, hinting at a major antagonist.

New Voice Cast and Production Details

Netflix has announced several new voice cast members, including:

  • Scout Taylor-Compton as Mary
  • Hoon Lee as White Rabbit
  • Kevin Conroy as VP Baines
  • Chris Coppola as Enzo

Johnny Yong Bosch, known for his extensive work in anime voice acting, will lend his voice to Dante.

His past roles include Ichigo Kurosaki (Bleach), Giyu Tomioka (Demon Slayer), and Viole (Tower of God).

The animation is being handled by Studio Mir, the same studio behind the anime adaptation of the popular manhwa Lookism.

The first season will consist of eight episodes, with plans for multiple seasons in the future.

Notably, this isn’t the first anime adaptation of Devil May Cry—the franchise previously received an anime series in 2007 from Studio Madhouse (Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End).
