7-Day Return Policy:

Zumaki offers a 7-day return policy, providing you with a window of 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

– In the same condition as received, unworn or unused

– With tags still attached

– In its original packaging

– Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges:

For a quicker resolution, you can return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria as mentioned above apply.

Unboxing Video Requirement:

To request a replacement or refund, it is mandatory to submit an unboxing video. We accept returns only if the product received:

– Is in a damaged condition

– Is missing parts

– Differs from the product ordered

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since return approval, and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us at support@zumaki.co.in

Cancellation Policy:

– **Within 24 Hours:** Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of 100 INR.

– **More Than 24 Hours:** Cancellations made via support@zumaki.co.in more than 24 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.
